Confession...I am a lifelong gamer. From Minecraft to Warcraft, Pokémon to Elden Ring, and Mario Kart to Final Fantasy, I've tried and enjoyed a super wide range of video games. Sometimes, I want to engross myself in an imaginary world where I'm the powerful hero, and sometimes I want to grow crops on a peaceful farm. Maybe that's why I love being a therapist: I get to adventure with other travelers on different quests every day. I'm excited to travel with you in your mental health journey!

I meet with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples, especially those who are going through life transitions, relationship challenges, faith crises, and grief/loss. I am passionate about helping teens and adults navigate issues of perfectionism and emotional expression, and I have a special interest for assisting those experiencing chronic pain or caregiving fatigue.
