Healing and Self-Compassion – My treatment approach is relational and interpersonal. I love sitting with people and hearing their stories. I work from a psychodynamic framework and use integrative counseling influenced by attachment theory and experiential therapy. My extensive international travel has contributed to my appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives.
I work together with individuals to help them learn and utilize skills that give them the confidence and resilience to work through conflicts and personal challenges. I am passionate about collaborating with clients on their journey towards deep and lasting change that goes beyond symptom reduction. In the
context of a safe and supportive counseling relationship, I believe clients can experience healing and grow in relationships with God and others.
I work with individuals (+18) and up, supporting those who are navigating grief and loss, depression, and challenges unique to women’s experiences. I specialize in helping clients work through the complexities of bereavement and manage the weight of depression, using approaches tailored to foster genuine healing and resilience. With a focus on women's issues, I’m here to provide a space where your experiences are fully understood and valued.
