A Message to My Younger Self:
If I could sit down with my younger self, I’d say, ‘Listen, no one has it all figured out, and that’s okay. Life is about learning as you go, making mistakes, and finding what really matters to you.’ I’d remind myself that there’s strength in asking for help and that embracing who you truly are—even the messy, uncertain parts—is a lifelong journey. Back then, I didn’t know that vulnerability could be a source of power, or that authenticity and connection would become my guiding values. Looking back, I see the importance of allowing myself space to grow without judgment. I’d tell my younger self to take a breath, to trust the process, and to know that even the hard days are part of becoming whole.
If I’m honest—authenticity isn’t always easy, but it’s the foundation of fulfilling relationships, whether with ourselves or with others. My goal is to help you, as an individual or as a couple, explore what it means to show up fully and honestly in your relationships, with all the complexities that come with it. I believe in the importance of bringing my true self into our sessions so that we’re building real trust and connection. Life can be messy and unpredictable, and I’m here to offer a steady, supportive presence as you work to uncover what feels true and meaningful. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the real, sometimes hard-to-face parts of life, but I’ll also bring humor and warmth to remind you that growth doesn’t have to be all serious, all the time.
Think of our sessions as a space for genuine reflection—whether you’re coming alone or with a partner, we’ll go beyond surface-level talk and dive into what truly matters with intention and honesty. You can expect both empathy and confrontation. I’m not the type to just nod along; instead, I will encourage you to explore parts of yourself or your relationship that need attention, even if it feels challenging. Therapy with me is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, where I’ll always respect your pace while gently guiding you toward deeper self-understanding and connection. Whether we’re working through past experiences, celebrating wins, or finding balance in your relationship, I’ll be fully alongside you in your journey.
I work with adults (18+) from all walks of life, offering support on issues related to trauma, identity, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. My specialties include working through complex emotions like shame, guilt, and self-doubt, especially as they relate to past relational wounds and identity exploration. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples build authentic connections, navigate sexuality and gender identity, and foster resilience in the face of challenging life transitions.
