Life is uncomfortable, unpredictable, and full of challenges, but it's also beautiful, fun, and full of community. Struggling is part of the journey, but it shouldn’t define every moment. By being honest with yourself and staying open to exploring new perspectives, behaviors, and mindful practices, you can shape a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and purpose-driven. We’ll figure it out together. I gotchu.
We, as humans, are very much imperfect. My main modality (acceptance and commitment therapy) focuses on accepting imperfections as part of who you are, exploring core values (what makes your life worth living), and creating positive change through committed action to bring you closer to the person you want to be.
I work with individuals 18+ navigating challenges like adult ADHD, autism, caregiver burnout, and life transitions. I’m here to support the “sandwich generation,” those balancing family caregiving and personal demands, along with anyone seeking self-improvement or exploring their identity. With a focus on executive functioning, mood disorders, and “neurospicy” social skills, I help you develop practical strategies and a deeper understanding of yourself to enhance your daily life and relationships.
